At Flamingo Bay Tanning Studio we operate under strict UK legislation regulating the use of sunbeds.

 

The use of UV tanning equipment by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited by law, and this policy is enforced without exception.

All clients may be asked to provide valid photographic identification. We reserve the right to refuse service where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.

Our responsibility is to protect the safety of our clients and to ensure the salon remains fully compliant with national regulations.

 

Any attempt to provide false information, misuse another person’s account, or bypass age verification procedures will result in immediate refusal of service and permanent account closure.

Flamingo Bay also follows controlled tanning guidelines. Every session is determined according to skin type and exposure history, and staff guidance must be followed at all times.
